Hi, my name is Danny - and I like to engage in conversations. This day in age presents a never before seen opportunity for brands to talk directly and candidly to their customers and employees. My passion is finding out how to start those conversations, and how to keep them going.

Early identifier of the workplace cultural shift, I turned down all college jobs offers in hopes of creating a tech startup and growing that business. In doing so, I learned to create a portfolio of involvement ranging from young professional group advisory councils, to sitting on non-profit boards, and assisting in the startup of a few more companies - and that has generated invaluabbale experience.

My goal is to study your organization with you, develop and test, and leave you with the tools and strategies to breath new life into your company, and to continue do so without my help.
